WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
Clinical Skills
From taking vital signs, administering medication, drawing blood, and practicing aseptic hand-washing, you’ll gain essential hands-on experience in safe and efficient medical procedures.
Laboratory Experiments
Engaging in various laboratory science experiments to deepen your understanding of the practical application of medical concepts.
Professional Development
Enhance your readiness for the healthcare industry with training in business etiquette, professionalism, and resume preparation, explicitly targeted for entry-level medical roles.
Certifications
Throughout the training camp, students will obtain several reputable certifications from the American Heart Association, including:
- Heartsaver First Aid
- Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR and AED for Healthcare Providers
- Heartsaver Bloodborne Pathogens
- Stop the Bleed
- Babysitting Certification
